**Due to shipping and inventory issues, there may be a delay in your order or you may receive a substitute brand. **Also, you will see a handling fee at checkout to cover credit card fees but all orders are tax-exempt so there are no taxes collected.

  • What is the return policy?   We will refund or exchange any item that is damaged upon arrival or that has been shipped incorrectly within 5 business days of date delivered. Processing times will depend on your financial institution.  Incorrectly shipped items would be for items shipped in the wrong size, wrong design or wrong shirt color, etc.  Please email rmdesignsva@gmail.com with order # and proof of damage to receive further return instructions. 

 

  • What are the shipping options?    We use UPS and USPS to do all shipping. Both have several different options to choose how fast you would like your items.

 

  • When will I receive my order?  Order processing times do not start until payment has been successful which depending on banks could take up to 48 hours.  Sublimation orders have a 7-10 business day processing time.  Screenprint and Vinyl orders have 7-10 business day processing time.  Embroidery orders have a 8-12 business day processing time.  Business days are Monday-Friday 10-5.  No weekends and no holidays. After processing, your order will be shipped, a tracking number will be provided to the email provided and depending on your shipping method, shipping could take up to 10 business days (especially overseas orders).                                                                                                                                         
  • DUE TO VENDOR SHORTAGES AND SHIPPING ISSUES, THERE ARE NO GUARANTEED SHIPPING NOR GUARANTEED PROCESSING TIMES.  WE WILL TRY TO STAY WITHIN OUR NORMAL LIMITS BUT WE HAVE NO CONTROL ON WHEN PRODUCT WILL ARRIVE TO US.  ALSO SOME ITEMS MAY BE OUT OF STOCK SO YOU MAY RECEIVE A DIFFERENT BRAND.                                                                                  
  • What do I do if I never received my order?   If you have waited for the appropriate length of processing time and your tracking number does not help you, please email shspackerbackers@gmail.com or use the contact form on this website.

 

  • What if my item is different from the picture on the website?  Under each item in the description you will see a disclaimer at the end.  All mockup pictures are digital images made on a computer and therefore colors can be slightly different depending on monitors, color codes, etc.  Design sizes can also vary slightly as we try to make the mockups as user friendly as possible.  Normal adult size is around 10 inches, Youth size is around 8 and toddler size is around 5. We will not refund or exchange item because colors are not what expected unless you receive a totally different color (you get pink and not white).

 

  • How do I make changes to an order I’ve already placed?  No changes can be made after order is placed so please double-check orders before placing.  We will however exchange items for you if need be with the buyer paying all shipping costs to cover return of wrong item.

 

  • Where are you located?    Pickup is at Riverbend Gifts by RM Designs which is located in the beautiful small town of Smithfield, VA along the Pagan River. Our address is 409 South Church St., Suite E, Smithfield VA 23430.  Our hours of operation are Monday, Tuesday and Friday 10-5, Thursday 1-7 and Saturday 10-3.  We are closed on Sundays and Wednesdays.

 

  • How is the product made? Where do the materials come from?  All information about product materials, etc is listed in the description of each item.

 

  • How do I make sure I order the right size?  Each item includes a picture of the sizing chart of the shirt that is being used for that design.
